Erwin is a reliable driver with a wealth of experience in transporting both livestock and heavy equipment. He started working for Roberge in 2011 and then switched to EverHaul to haul heavy equipment last January. Currently, he’s back to hauling livestock.
What makes Erwin stay with Roberge for so many years? According to him, it’s loyalty. He believes in the company, and the company believes in him. Erwin says, “The work is reliable, my paychecks have never been late, and this career has helped me raise my family.”

Erwin values work-life balance and understands that the job requires a little give and take. He worked with our team to slow down in the summer when his daughters were rodeoing and picked back up in the fall and winter to make up for the lost time.

He has been around animals his entire life, making him an expert in this field. Additionally, he loves hauling heavy equipment because it’s an adventure, and he gets to explore new cities and the open road.
